I want to change my college (DSCE) To RNSIT IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN I COMPLETE 1ST YEAR ENGINEERING , I AM EIE AND WANT EIE IN RNSIT .

Hii Shalini,
Its not possible to directly change your college from DSCE to RNSIT as the current college will not allow you to leave the college without taking its complete course fee.After taking all the fee the will release your certificates,which are required for taking admissions in any other college.Now if you got all your certificates than you need to take admission inRNSIT and have to start the course from beginning.
