Sorry to inform you this but UPSC will not accept any request regarding change in the exam centre of NDA.

Practically it is very difficult, you have to find the UPSC authority for NDA division, email them & wait for their reply, chances are very less.

I suggest you to plan well & attend the exam at your allocated center.
