Sir I want to take admission in Bharati College(w). My best 4 % is 91.5. what are chances of admission.

My English is core & hindi is elective. Low marks in English 76. So can I take hindi as language.
You easily get B.A Pol. Science in Bharti college in 1st or 2nd cutoff.
