10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology with at least 60% marks in the aggregate.
The eligibility for B Tech CSE programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. SO you cannot get direct admission in this programme.

As you have not mentioned in which program for CSE you want to go in LPU because it offers different programs for CSE like B.Tech. and Diploma.
If you want to do B.Tech. in CSE than you have to appear for LPUNEST an entrance test conducted by LPU. If you want to take admission on the basis of JEE-Main than you have to score atleast 90 percentile in JEE-Main.
