Here are the details:-

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility criteria for Indian Army BSc nursing :-

* educational qualification :- you  must  have passed it in the first attempt with physics, chemistry, biology, and english and must have got at least 50%  in 12th board exam as a regular student. Class 12th appearing students are also provisionally eligible.

*your date of birth must be between 1st October , 1996, to 30th September , 2004 inclusive of both days as per your class 10th certificate to be eligible for Indian Army BSc nursing 2021

* You should be a female and  unmarried. Also, divorcee, legally separated and widows are eligible.

* nationality :- you must be Indian citizen.

*phydical standard :- you will  be checked for the physical fitness as per standards set by commission in the Armed Forces, and for the same you will have to go through X-ray exam of chest and USG of abdomen & pelvis .

- ) height :- you should have height of at least 152 cm  while for Gorkhas and those belonging to North Eastern region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon needs a height of at least 148 cm.

EXAM PATTERN

*Mode of exam :- it is conducted in online mode i. e  it is Computer Based test

*Type of questions asked :- mcqs / Objective questions are asked

*Language :- the medium of examination is English

*number of sections :- There will be 3 sections :-

  • General English,

  • General Intelligence,

  • Science ( physics chemistry and Biology)

*Total questions :- there will be a total of 150 questions in your Examination

* duration of the examination :- the examination is of 1 hour 30 minutes i. e 90 minutes

*marking scheme :-

  • You get +1 mark for each correct answer

  • There is no negative marking for wrong answers and questions not attempted

*Number of seats :- Through Indian Army BSc nursing entrance examination , admission in 6 institutes in BSC nursing for a total of 220 seats is offered . Those 6 institutes are listed below :-

  • -)afmc, Pune

  • -) INHS Asvini

  • -)command hospital (eastern command) Kolkata

  • -) command hospital (central command) Lucknow

  • -)army hospital (research & referral) ,new Delhi

  • -)command hospital air force, Bangalore

APPLICATION FORM

Your Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 application form was released on 17th february 2021 by Directorate General of Medical Services which is the exam conducting body of Indian Army BSc nursing on the official website i. e joinindianarmy.nic.in and the last date to fill the application form was 10th March 2021. So, the last date to fill Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 application form has passed and now you can't apply for it.
