Hello student,
For engineering entrance exam fitjee is one of the best wheras for Medical Aakash is better best in India. Also FIITJEE has its foreign education department known as USA UnivQuest which prepare student for UG program in all stream in US and other countries universities.
I would personally suggest you to go for the test series they provide for practise.
