You need to start studying as soon as possible.
If you want to join JEE tutoring, they'll start at the end of your vacations after 10th.. even before starting 11th grade.

First of all, decide if you want to join tutoring. It's always better to join as it'll give a good direction to your studies and you'll get a readymade plan. Also you'll get a lot of doubts in the course as JEE isn't easy. So you need someone to solve those too.

You need to forget all distractions now and start studying.
