I want to crack neet in one attempt and I am in class 9 , I also can join the Allen institute (kota) from class 11 so please give best advise for this subject wise. (my present time work: solve the IIT foundation of physics, chemistry from brain maping academy and GRB of biology)

You are going good. Keep practicing. If you feel you should join any coaching institute then you can go for it. It will give a competitive environment and you can improve your performance too.
To get a maximum score, understanding the basics and solving the numerical with step by step understanding the concept is needed. The more you practice the high gets your performance.
Practice should be done with understanding what is happening actually and why it is done in that way. what were the situation for which these formula is used why not the others.
ask these questions while solving and understand. If you are doing good by yourself then that is also good but if you need a place where you will go through the real world competition then you should join and give your 100%.
