There are five main subjects such as English, Hindi, Maths Environment and GK. So you need to possess some basic knowledge regarding the subjects. Although NCERT books are well characterized for this entrance exam and regarding all the difficult or tricky questions, you can refer the previous years papers to get a clear perception about the expected questions. The books that you have covered in your matriculation syllabus will be added advantage.
