Sorry to inform you but currently, there isn't any option to delete your Careers360 account. You can only unsubscribe from the emails or messages. The options available to block the emails can be found very easily.

And just a little suggestion I am sure you ignore many company calls and messages all day so I am sure can just ignore these as well. Not a big issue really.
