NDA is a 12th based examination for Indian Armed forces to join in Indian Army as a Captain, However once you will qualify for the NDA , for the first two years you will join as Junior Commissioned Officer ( Two rank star) for two years, then you will become Captain

BBA is a professional Management Course that you can opt from both at the private and Government University
You have to prepare for the Common Admission test for BBA Program at the Government University, However Private B-Schools will give you direct admission

You can do BBA course and side on side you can prepare for NDA examination as well
My suggestion for you is that if you are serious about your career in Indian Army, so please go for NDA examination preparation
