Physical education is not included in the List A of Delhi university. So you can't add it directly in Best 4 subjects. If you do add your physical education in best four percentage,  then you have to face a disadvantage of 2.5% for ex- if your best four percentage by including 3 subjects and physical education comes out to be 96.5%,  then your BFS percentage that would be considered in admission in DU will be 96.5-2.5= 94%.

If you add any subject in best four that is not in List A of DU,  you will have to face a deduction of 2.5%.

Yes, you can add Physical Education in your best of four calculation but you will face a disadvantage of 2.5% on the score calculated using physical education. So, I would suggest you to try to use any other subject in the calculation to avoid the disadvantage.
