I want to do b.ed in special education in mental retardation. What would be the process of admission and what would be the eligibility criteria for that?

For doing a B.Ed in Special education in Mental retardation you must have had secured a minimum 50% from a recognised board, however this may vary across universities and colleges, the admission process too usually requires a few documents and mostly it is done online.
