Hello,
As per UGC norms candidates can now pursue two degree courses simultaneously provided one is done through distance mode and another through regular mode, pursuing BEd doesn't require any experience as such, its eligibility criteria is passed graduation or post graduation in any discipline with 50% or above aggregate depending upon the norms of the university, I would say since BEd is teacher's training program, so consider pursuing it through regular mode, you can appear for CEE by NCERT for admission to RIEs, Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University to name a few, in other cases admission is also based on the merit of the qualifying examination, for MSc you may consider enrolling in IGNOU, University of Madras to name a few.
