I want to do b.tech in computer science , but If i had taken pcm , so how can I get basic knowledge in computer science? Btech Gives or not?

In 1st year of your btech program you will be teached topics related to all branch. so In 2nd semester you will be teached programming also. then in 2nd year your main CS curriculam will begin. If you feel that programming is not for you then after completing 1st year you can change your branch.
