Hey,
Chartered Accountant or CA is an amazing career option if you can deal with finance and tax related matters.Big companies hire qualified CAs who can guide them to success and in return give them salaries. But being a CA requires lot of patience and dedication. So be sure of your calling.
You need to keep in mind that not every college provides Chartered Accountancy course.First off you neef to get yourself registered with ICAI that is Institute of Chartered Accountancy education in India.
Exams and courses required to become a CA are:
CPT-Common Proficiency Test
IPCC-Integrated Professional Competence Course
FC-Final course
Candidates can appear for CPT after 12th after clearing which they become member of ICAI.
After that, you need to clear IPCC and then three years of articleship under a qualified CA.
If you are graduated then you can directly apply for IPCC.
During the last six months of your three year articleship, you can appear for FC.
After clearing FC,you will become a Chartered Accountant.
Hope this helps
