I want to do chif specialization in hm that's for what exam I have to give? what are the dates?
Hello,
The art of cooking is referred to as culinary arts. A Culinary Arts course teaches students how to prepare, cook, and serve food/meals in a professional and appealing manner. Taking courses in the subject of Culinary Arts is a great option for those who wish to work in the fields of food and beverage management, kitchen management, and other hospitality and food-related fields. Candidates are generally evaluated on the basis of multiple choice questions from disciplines such as General Knowledge, English, and Logical Reasoning in the entrance tests held to select hopefuls for Hotel Management and Culinary Arts programmes. Although there aren't many entrance tests specifically for Culinary Arts programmes, candidates can take the following common hotel management entrance examinations to be considered for admission to Culinary Arts programmes in India:
NCHMCT JEE |
MAH HM CET |
IIHM eCHAT |
GNIHM JET |
Candidates who have finished their 10+2 from a recognised board with passing grades are eligible to pursue a Culinary Arts programme provided at the undergraduate level. Candidates must be graduates to pursue a PG programme in the discipline of Culinary Arts, on the other hand. Aspirants with a bachelor's degree in hotel or hospitality management are favoured. Candidates from other fields/streams, on the other hand, are able to apply for PG level Culinary Arts courses if they have the necessary knowledge and skill set.
Hope this helps
