IT is bad to tell you, but in hotel management courses, salaries are not that great.
you could expect anywhere around 4 LPA.[ through campus placement/ offshore placement]
BUT it also depends, if you invented some great dishes, or you open a restaurant in US os UK, you can earn in millions as a chef.

If you’re selected as a operations trainee it can range anywhere between 8–15k, for Management trainee it can be 15–30k, it depends on the organisations. Most of the bigger hotel chains provide you with accommodation and food plus you get to earn tips in certain departments which is often pooled between the team members.
