If you want to make your career in robotics you can choose electrical, mechanical or CSE branch according to your interest in B.tech.

Branch which is close to robotics is Mechatronics.

Artificial Intelligence comes under computer science.
If you want you can opt for CSE branch which will help you in further robotics and artificial intelligence.
