First if all make sure you are eligible. Here's the eligibility criteria.
Educational Qualification
The most important thing is you must have passed 10+2 with more than 4550.
Physical
Free from any skin disease.
Ability to work in Moderately hot environment for longer duration ( for kitchen ).
Ability to lift heavy weight in quantity food production kitchen.
In next step , you will have to apply for entrance test and on the basis of which will get top colleges.But there are also various colleges that give direct admission
