You need to meet a few requirements such as
- Candidates with a relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferably in pharmaceuticals) are eligible to apply for the M.S. (Pharm.), M.Tech. (Pharm.) and MBA (Pharm.) programs.
- Candidates applying for PG programs should have passed the qualifying UG degree with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
- Applicants to postgraduate will be required to take up the NIPER Joint Entrance Exam (NIPER JEE) which will be conducted by the university.

Seats to the M.S. and M.Tech courses will be allotted purely based on candidates’ performance in the NIPER JEE
- Applicants to the MBA (Pharm.) course will additionally be required to take up a group discussion and personal interview rounds conducted by the college.
- Candidates who have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field of study are eligible to apply for the PhD program offered at NIPER.
- Eligible candidates will be required to take up the NIPER JEE examination and the personal interview, which will be conducted by the college.
