i want to do masters in interior design in italy but i have 41% in 12th and 75% in graduation and 7 bands in ielts am i eligible to apply for abroad study

Dear Aspirant, you should check with the website of the university, you are supposed to know the minimum marks for application. You should also check any languages other than English for the application. As per my knowledge 41% in your 12th class would not have a large impact.
