Yes you can do ... for direct admission,Contact to any private colleges , specially in rural area side , where a little number of students take admission or the college itself takes only lateral admission ..
Otherwise , for good college , seat for lateral entry exam like WB JELET , where the eligibility criteria is minimum 45% for general castes

See as you have less than 50% then in most of the big exams like CAT, CMAT you won't be even eligible to appear for the exam.

You can give XAT exam as it doesn't keep so much boundations regarding percentage but still most of the colleges which give admissions on the basis of XAT score also keeps a min required percentage as to be 50% in 10th 12th and graduation for general/OBC category and 45% for SC/ST category.

Colleges which you will get mostly won't be of good reputation and getting a MBA degree might not be worth it. But still if you are really interested in pursuing MBA degree then give XAT exam get a very high percentile then you might have a chance of ending up in an average college.

For CMAT eligibilty, one should have 50 % (Graduation score) in aggregate ???

You have not mentioned here whether this 50% you have scored is at the Higher Secondary level (12th) or Graduate level (Bachelor's). If this is your aggregate score at the Bachelor level, I would suggest that you take the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) and register for December. AIMA will be conducting MAT 2017 (December) between December 10 and 16. It is relatively easier than CAT 2017. Over 600 institutes in India participate in MAT 2017 and getting admission in one of these will be relatively easier.

XAT has not fixed any minimum percentage of marks at bachelors degree to apply for the entrance exam or to XLRI Jamshedpur. There is no threshold limit of 50% marks in graduation to become eligible to register and apply for XAT 2017. Accordingly all the candidates with recognized bachelors degree or in the final year of bachelor degree are eligible to register for XAT 2017.

Also the minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent recognized degree. A final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc) can also appear provisionally. Usually, there is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation, which is different for different MIs/University. For this refer to the prospectus of the particular institute /University.
