Hi Anubhav,
MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a highly sought-after MBA specialization. It has evolved from being a course about recruitment , retention, pay and incentive setting, to a more rounded study of structured people management and human resource development . Effectively managing an organization's human resources has become a key factor in the success of public and private enterprises. This recognition has led to an increased demand for trained and qualified HR professionals. It has also caused the development of a career structure, built and nurtured around MBA in HR Degree Programs, which grows up to the highest levels in any organization.

Best college
In India- XLRI, Jamshedpur
For HR and i repeat only HR, XLRI is considered the best college in India.
Firstly, they have a specialized course for HR which IIMs do not have. (Only very recently IIM Ranchi started one) XLRI is the oldest college in India with a specialized course in HR.
XLRI has a very good reputation and also many top level HRs are from XLRI only, so their placements are good.
XLRI does hove a good hostel life. Also they have a small batch size which ensures you get to know everyone from your batch. They have a lot of fests, activities, etc. You are guaranteed to have a fun hostel life there.
Their fee structure is similar to IIMs, in lakhs.
And also, XLRI has no reservations unlike IIMs.
hope this helps
Thanks
I understand this is the basic question one gets before any preparation,
But trust me it is much same as CAT, MAT & CMAT

Work hard, practise as much as possible by your end to crack dis.. U will have awesome way ahead if get into dis college thats an assurance i can give
Technically, XLRI provides the cut off for HR & BM course. It would range anywhere between 90 & above percentile
