MBA in Operations Management talks about the designing and planning the process of production of goods or services and business operations. However, MBA in Logistics is more about planning, execution and controlling the procurement and stationing of personnel, material etc. It’s basically the management of inventory in motion and at rest. And, MBA in Supply chain management is the management of the flow of goods and services involving the storage/movement of raw material and of finished goods from the place of production to the point of consumption.

All the three are interlinked but play a different role. Hope you can decide now which one to pursue. Usually, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management are taught together which eventually covers the operations part as well.
