You have not mentioned whether your category and domicile and neither you mentioned whether you have applied for All India Counselling or not. Assuming you belong to general category, your chances of getting a goverment college in AIQ is very less, but you can try your chance in your state counselling for both private and government colleges. So register for your state NEET UG counselling and attend it. If you don't get government seat, you can go with management seat if that is affordable to you. You have not mentioned your Category and your state you are belonging to otherwise I can suggest you accordingly.
The cutoff of general candidates is higher than other categories student
