I want to do M.E in Structural Engg from Thapar University, will I be able to get Thapar at GATE score 422 (12992 Rank - CE GATE 19)?

Thapar University gives preference to GATE qualified students. So, if you have qualified GATE you will already get preference over the candidates who did not qualify GATE and therefore you also have a high chance of admission. Also I am pretty sure your rank will secure you a spot in their ME department (according to previous year trends) . You will also need an aggregate of 60% (55% for sc/st)marks in your BE.
