No, you cannot do MSC Maths without having maths as the eligibility for doing Masters of science in mathematics is that you must have completed graduation from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 50% score and the madatory subjects are Maths and English. As you didnot have Maths in your graduation, you're not eligible to do MSC Maths.
