I want to do M.tech in Power system.My gate marks is coming 57.66.Is there any chance to get into IIT. I also want to know the cutoff of BHU

As you have a very good score in gate you will be definetly getting a good IIT seat, of your wish by your score card ,so you definetly have bright future while studying in an IIT so hope that you definetly have a good future and all the best for your future .
