Dear aspirant,PhD in law is a 3-5 years doctorate degree that specializes you in Law studies.PhD in law trains you to handle the judiciary, academic, government, business and other sectors. It has 4 semesters in PhD law.

The eligibility criteria for PhD in law is the one must possess minimum qualification or they have to apper for entrance test.An approximate fee to pursue a Phd in law course is around INR 25,000 to 4 lakhs for whole course.Many of the colleges offering PhD in law each colleges may have their own entrance test.

some entrance tests for PhD in law :-
  • AILET-All india law entrance test,is conducted by National law university .
  • CLAT- Common law admission test,is a centralised law exam.
  • Lpu Nest- lovely professional university national eligibility and scholarship test.
  • Aclat- Alliance common law admission test, conducted by alliance university for ug and pg courses in law.
  • Ilicat-Indian law institute common admission test.
  • Ugc net- university grant commission, national eligibility test for .
  • Slet-state level eligibility test.
After completion of this course you can apply for government jobs.
