Hi dear aspirant, as you above mentioned you want to do diploma in mechanical engineering . So diploma in mechanical engineering is offered by many institute college and university , but the thing is in which university or college you are interested in . You have not mentioned specific college and state or city without which it is quite difficult for us to help you out . As every college have different eligibility criteria and process of admission . Management seats are like a facility of direct admission based on extra money.
Management quota seat are reserved for those people who didn't qualify the eligibility criteria for getting aseatin college but are can spend more amount as donation to the college.
As far as diploma is concerned, you can get management seat in government colleges but many private colleges offer direct admission without any extra fees.
