Neet will be releasing a portal on it's official website soon the results are out. In that portal you'll get to fill applications for colleges under AIQ. The portal consists of Government colleges, Private colleges and AFMC.
All the applications are separate and you've to pay some money for each of them. The deemed university's registration fee was 2 lakhs last year which was refunded if you didn't take admissions in any deemed college.
Since, you wish to take admission in Kerela being an UP Student, there are no worries. You can select the college you desire to get in, keep it as your first priority. If you clear their cut off, which is usually low then you'll get the college.
