Candidates seeking admission to Armed Forces Medical College must qualify National Eligibility Cum Entrance. It is necessary for a candidate to qualify to become eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS programs.

Admission at AFMC is strictly based on the merit basis of performance of candidates in NEET, ToELR, Psychological Assessment Test and Interview.

The NEET cutoff for AFMC in 2018 was 551 marks for both boys and girls.
