You need to contact the Help desk of the respective university either directly or put a mail stating the requirement. Usually within 24-48 hours you will be getting reply. since you have passed m.com (//m.com) in 2011 and it seems to be a long back case to the university, Better to do the follow up on urgent basis and get the certificates as soon as possible. if any doubts, pls feel free to ask.
