I want to get rank in jntuh for CSE course. So,how much marks should score in ts eamcet?

Try to get Rank between 1000 - 3000 (SC/ST/OBC) to get CSE Program and There are fewer chances of getting this College if you're OC Candidate, Following are Some Colleges you can get if you have 1000-5000 Rank.
1.JNTUH (if you have between 1000-5000)
2.OU(1000-4000/5000)
3.CBIT(1000-4000)
4.VASAVI(1000-8000)
5.SRINIDHI(1000-8000/9000)
6.MGIT(1000-10000)
7.GOKRAKU GANGARAJU(1000-15000)
8.VNR(1000-20000)
9.VARDHAMAN(1000-25000)
So the thing is I'm Sure you will get one of them if you have Ranked between 1000-20000 and Make Sure you have Decent IPE, This Cutoff is only for CSE Program. Let me know your EAMCET Rank and Score So that I Shortlist Some Good Colleges for CSE
