First don't take too much stress about the examination. Planning and alloting the time for MAT preparing will definitely be easy to manage parlallely along with your semester. The MAT examination will consist,

• Language Comprehension.
• Mathematical Skills.
• Data Analysis and sufficiency.
• Intelligence and Critical Reasoning.
• Indian and Global Environment.

Make sure you allot atleast 4 to 5 hours a days for preparing. Read books, magazines, newspaper and be updated with the recent current affairs. Practice previous years question papers also.
