Some of the entrance exams you can register for are
- NID (national institute of design exam)
- CEED ( common entrance examination for design
- AIEED (all India entrance examination for design)
There are few institutes that offer you with this course. I'm listing some of them here.
- GD Goenka university Gurgaon
- PES university, Bangalore
- MS Rammaih university, Bangalore
- APJ Dr. DY Patil university, Pune

Yeah there's one as far as I know, named Indian institute of product design and manufacturing. You can have a look at theie website for some information.
