I want to go for ssc CGL so which graduation should I persue so that I can focus more on CGL. What if I prepare CGL exam with BTech?
Hey aspirant
The choice of graduation subjects depends on you.
The syllabus of SSC CGL Tier 1 has 4 sections-
- General intelligence and reasoning
- General Awareness
- Quantitative aptitude
- English comprehension
These sections, in general, make up most of the entrance examination, that means you can prepare them on your own or through a coaching institution.
The further tier have questions from specific sections for different posts, which are of higher difficulty level. They may be related to your graduation studies (economics or statistics) or not.
So, that's your own choice to select a course which gives you enough time to prepare for SSC CGL. On the other hand, you can keep your graduation as a plan B, if the plan A of SSC does not works.
Yes, you can definitely go for B.Tech and meanwhile prepare for your goal with perseverance and determination.
All the best
