I want to go for upgradation in Mop up round of Madhya Pradesh state counseling. So do I have to submit seat leaving bond and rural bond to the current college right now? or have to submit after getting college in mop round?

Hello,

If you are already getting a college then think again for upgradation. Because if this college is good then I'll suggest you stop upgradation. But you didn't mention your college name. Because after upgradation if yoi getting new college then your present college seat is cancel automatically. But if you didn't getting any college through upgradation then your present college will safe for you. So if you want to upgradation then don't hurry for signing bond. But if there any time maintaining then think again and go for it.
