To gain admission into the Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT), Bangalore , for a B.E./B.Tech program, you can qualify through one of the following entrance exams:

1. Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) – Conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA)
   
   

2. COMEDK UGET – Conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka
   
   

3. JEE Main – National-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA)

Admission is based on your rank in these exams, and the seat distribution is as follows:

• KCET : 45% of seats

• COMEDK : 30% of seats

• Management Quota : 25% of seats

For candidates from Karnataka, the minimum eligibility criteria include:

• A minimum of 45% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics, along with one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics.
