GMAT and GRE are two predominant exams that students need to undertake to pursue management studies in the USA. You should probably first check with the university where you plan to apply. Top universities in the USA accept both the GMAT and GRE score, for instance, Stanford accepts both the scores for its MBA programme. In terms of priority, you must take GMAT or GRE along with an English language proficiency test, since you will be applying from India.
Coming to the English Language proficiency test, major of the universities in the US accept tests such as IELTS, TOEFL and PTE. Also, you will first need to check with the university before taking an exam.
In short, you will have to take GRE/ GMAT and an English test for admission into any US university.

You should first take up GRE which is written test and then following by IELTS/TOEFL.
You need ro check as to which colleges you're applying as Some colleges accept GMAT in place of GRE and TOEFL in place of IELTS.
