I want to join Indian navy, is joining in navy as a sailor or as a officer ,has a fee,or it is a free education, this year is the year of completion of my 12th class.

Hi,
Well there isn't any fee that you need to pay to get in Indian Navy or for that matter any of the Indian military services. They have their own written examination and then followed by interview and physical screening to choose students for different and variety of posts in all three, navy, airforce and army.
