hello aspirant,
at this score you have fair chances in all branches of engineering in srkr college of engineering.
however there is no 100% reimbursement is not available. as per the revised rules government will reimburse 45000 rupees to the students . if you give 100000 fees to the college you will get 45000 as reimbursement. Students belonging to EBC, BC, Kapu, Minority, and PH (Physically Handicapped) are eligible for the fee reimbursement in Andhra Pradesh.

Yes you can get admission in SRKR College of engineering in any branch. The cutoff rank for CSE based on previous trends for OC is 6041 but you can get admissions in 2nd or 3rd counselling.
As you have a full reimbursement you need to pay only the building fees or some call as special fees in the college. It would be 4 - 5 thounsand per year.
