If you are looking for a career in dental surgery then definitely there are lots of opportunities out there. You can get into some superspeciality hospitals or even start out yourself. And salary is obviously good for a dental surgeon. So you can definitely look out for that without any apprehension.

But i heard that bds have no employments and salary are too low and getting job is too difficult i am very much confused

Just try to do it from a good college, you'll have sure shot placement and salary is good enough depending on where you're placed.
