IQ City Nursing College, Durgapur is a part of the IQ City Group. The campus covers an area of 100 acres having another medical college and hospital inside the same campus. The college offers courses like General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), B. Sc Nursing, and M.Sc Nursing.

Facilities:

The college offers numerous facilities to its students and faculty members.

Sports facilities- Sports facilities are provided by the institute for the students. Cricket, volleyball, kho-kho, kabaddi, track and field events are some of the outdoor games facilities. Indoor games facilities like carrom, chess, badminton, etc are also provided by the institute.

Gymnasium- G ymnasium facilities for the students, faculty and staff throughout the day. The gym is fully air-conditioned and well equipped with all the necessary types of equipment.

Hospital- A hospital has also been established inside the campus of IQ City Nursing College providing healthcare and medical facilities to the patients. The emergency ward of the hospital remains open 24x7 for providing emergency medical treatments to patients when needed. Trained medical doctors and nurses are available to take care of all the medical facilities of patients.

Hostels- Residential facilities with well-furnished rooms in hostels are made to meet the requirements of all students. The hostel is adjacent to the college. The hostel mess provides healthy and hygienic food for the students. Safety and security guards are available round the clock to provide security for the inmates residing at hostels. Recreational facilities like TV viewing, indoor games like Carrom, Table Tennis have been provided in the hostel. Outdoor sports facilities have also been catered.

Library- The college library houses several books to guide the students in any way possible.

Cafeteria- The cafeteria serves hygienic food at reasonable prices. Hot meals, snacks and beverages of different flavours are served to the students and staff at reasonable rates. The cafeteria is well furnished and well maintained to conveniently accommodate 500 students at a time, during campus hours.

IT facilities- A computer lab is equipped with a Wi-fi connection.

Laboratory- Midwifery and Child Health Lab Equipped with advanced models, mannequins and charts to demonstrate the mechanisms of various processes. Nutrition Lab Equipped with all the basic and advanced gadgets required for cooking. Several charts to facilitate learning the normal diet at different ages of life and therapeutic diets for any ill person. Preclinical Science Lab Equipped with Plenty of Models and charts on anatomy, Physiology to aid in learning the basic science-based on which the Nursing actions are determined.

Auditorium- A spacious, well-ventilated auditorium is available with the capacity to accommodate about 300 students. The auditorium is equipped with all seating arrangements, AV aids such as an LCD projector, Audio recorder. The auditorium is used for conducting various academic and non-academic programmes like scientific programs, Faculty Development Programme, Cultural events, etc.
