First of all, to become a cosmetic engineer ( An engineer who formulates cosmetics ), you need to have do bachelors degree and masters as well. Each degree is a 2 years course.

List of colleges which provide Bachelor of Cosmetic Technology and Master of Cosmetic Technology are :
