M.A. psychology entrance exam is conducted by different colleges and every college having their own pattern but you had not mentioned any of college name where you wants pursing this course but we are provides some of college name with their entrance exam procedure such as

NET-TISS

A National Entrance Test is conducted by tata institute of social science .This is a computer-based exam, forms for which are available in the months of December, while the entrance exam and the pre-interview test and the personal interviews are held between the months of January to April.  Application forms are available online on college websites.

DUET

The psychology department of the university of delhi conducts an entrance exam, followed by a group discussion and interview. The admission forms are available in the month of January and February and the entrance exam is held in April.

The entrance exam for MA Applied Psychology will be of 2 hours and will comprise 90-100 questions. There is no negative marking for the exam.Apart from that you can expect  Social Psychology ,Research Methods & Statistics in Psychology ,Clinical Psychology ,Industrial Psychology/Organisational Behaviour ,General Knowledge ,Logical Reasoning this courses will come .
