LLB or Bachelor of Law is an undergraduate course offered by various Universities. If the candidate pursues it after 12th then its duration is 5 years as an undergraduate degree like BA or BCom is also provided with degree of law. If someone pursues law after graduation then the duration of course is 3 years. The admission in reputed universities is through entrance exams which are commenced in first week of may. Though the registration process begins in January. Some of these exams are:-

LLB is a bachelor degree in law. It tries to build a sound understanding of legal notions and principles as well as the social, political and economical setting of the society. It is a professional course and the degree holders are known as Lawyers.
It is a three year programme and required you to be graduate at least, however there are many colleges which provides an integrated degree of BA+LLB.
The most prominent colleges for law are NLUs. You have to appear for CLAT exam to get into NLUs.
