Dear Sir / Ma'm, after all the three rounds of counselling, whichever seats in whichever colleges are left out, the seats are assigned to the states, which then conducts a counselling of the students who still have not got any seat according to their marks scored in the NEET. You have to apply for it again and then do choice filling, according to which you wil get a seat if there is vacancy.

The NEET Mop Up Round is, basically, the last and final round of NEET UG Counselling. It is conducted after the NEET UG 2nd Round of Counselling is over and seats are left. In order to fill up the vacant seats, the Mop Up Round is conducted. The Mop Up Round is conducted to fill up the seats left vacant in Central and Deemed Universities.
As notified by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the NEET UG Counselling conducting authority will conduct the Mop Up Round following the schedule as tabulated below:
