Hello aspirant,
The physics section in the NEET exam consists of 30% theory and 70% numerical. Hence to score 160+ in Physics, you must have a good grip over your numerical part. Firstly, clear your concepts (Take help from your teachers or YouTube, whichever suits you the best). Focus on those parts which repeatedly come in previous years' question papers and focus on your weak areas.
Second, solve mock tests and sample papers. You should have all the formulas on your tips as they come in extremely handy. Make a separate book just containing all the formulas.
Third, believe in yourself. After solving mock tests, analyze where you went wrong and work on it. You'll ace the exam!
